My new favorite homemade marinade for steaks is worcestershire sauce and hoisin sauce (equal parts of both). It makes the steak sweet and salty... yummy. Ben, Craig and Jessi all really like it too. For the hoisin sauce, I use the Iron Chef brand.
Thanks for the idea. When I checked on my steak this morning it was bad. So now I'm just going to make some spaghetti and maybe some chili too.
